That is one of the cool things about NYC... you really don't know... for all we know... he could be a well renowned artist that is prepping a new showing. In fact, my guess is that he is doing something important to him and those close to him. I would never guess that he is unemployed or a moocher or psycho. He looks too neat. I am not even from NYC and moved here a few years ago. Also, I despise the power structure of NYC (because I am part of it).
